Shipping Policy

1. Made to order

Every item is handmade after you order. Crafting time is usually 3-7 working days depending on the item and any customisation. We will confirm the expected time on WhatsApp.

2. Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3-7 working days across India, depending on your location and the courier. Remote areas may take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees.

3. Delivery charges

• Delivery charges vary depending on your delivery address and location.
• The charge is shared with you at the time of dispatch.

4. Where we ship

We currently deliver within India. Please enter a complete address and correct pincode at checkout - delays or non-delivery caused by a wrong address are not the seller's responsibility.

5. Order tracking

Track your order status any time on the My orders page. Tracking details from the courier will be shared on WhatsApp / email once your order is dispatched.

6. Delivery issues

• Please check the parcel on delivery and record a clear unboxing video while opening it.
• If the parcel is damaged, or the product is defective or incorrect, report it within 48 hours of delivery - see the Return & Refund Policy.
• If a parcel is delayed or appears lost, contact us and we will follow up with the courier.
